Este sábado 30 de septiembre el área comercial y de cartera hará el lanzamiento de la estrategia Renuévate con IDEAR en el parque de la urbanización Villa Celeste en la capital araucana, para que clientes o usuarios morosos se acerquen de 8:00 a.m a 12: 00 m.
Arauca, 27 de septiembre de 2023. Cerrando el mes de septiembre el Instituto de Desarrollo de Arauca lanza el plan de alivio “Renuévate con IDEAR”, dirigido a normalizar las obligaciones financieras de los clientes con mora igual o mayor a 360 días.
La gerente de la entidad financiera Lenis Karina Mujica González explicó los beneficios que tendrá quienes se acojan a esta estrategia:
• Se le condonará el 100% de los intereses moratorios, además de la actualización de la calificación ante las centrales de riesgo si realiza el pago total de la deuda o si accede a un acuerdo de pago para cancelar el valor total durante la vigencia del plan.
• Además, si el deudor solicita una reestructuración de la obligación, se le condonará un 100% de intereses moratorios y deberá cancelar una cuota inicial mínimo del 10% del valor total, más el seguro de vida adeudado.
Mujica González destacó que este sábado se hará el lanzamiento de la estrategia desde el parque de la urbanización Villa Celeste en el municipio capital para que habitantes del sector que sean clientes del IDEAR y tengan mora con créditos de la entidad financiera se acerquen en horario de 8:00 a.m a 12 m.
